Video Profile: Sophie Minetti – Cuisinière Extraordinaire

Sophia MinettiMeet chef, home organizer, and decorator Sophie Minetti of Sophie M’Chez Vous.

Sophie, a French woman teaching French cooking to expatriates, takes the mystery out of making great food. She believes that a delicious meal doesn’t have to cost a lot to prepare or require fancy equipment. Indulge in one or two extraordinary ingredients, and work with what you have for the rest.

Friendly and accessible, Sophie guides us through menus and flavors you will only find in France. To celebrate the arrival of spring, Sophie prepared something far more exotic than I had ever tried back home.

To discover what a traditional spring meal looks like to Sophie, watch our video profile:

Sophie’s classes are only 20€ per person, which includes hands-on meal preparation, fantastic recipes and a sit-down meal.

To find out more about Sophie and her upcoming events see her Facebook page.
